Commercial painting
Offices, retail, and occupied buildings — sequenced so tenants can work, with products rated for the room.

Overview
Commercial painting is logistics as much as coating. We paint around hours, protect floors and fixtures, and specify washable or low-odour systems for offices, clinics, and retail. Common-area corridors, suite turnover, and exterior commercial envelopes are in scope. We do not treat a storefront like a bedroom: sheen, durability, and access windows are written into the quote. Interior residential rooms stay on the interior painting page; plant coatings have their own.
Who it is for
Property managers turning over a suite. Retail and clinic operators who need the room back on Monday. GCs who want painting in the same schedule as the fit-out.
Prep notes
Patch, sand, and prime as the substrate needs. Glossy or stained surfaces get a bonding primer. We will not roll two coats over peeling paint and call it a warranty.
