Epoxy coatings & floors
Resin floors for garages, commercial rooms, and plants — grind first, then the system the traffic actually needs.

Overview
Epoxy is one of the fastest ways to make a slab hold up and look finished — when the prep is honest. We install residential garage systems, commercial floors, and industrial coatings: solid colour, flake, quartz, metallic, hybrid, and polyurethane hygienic builds. Factory line painting can ride in the same shutdown. Preparation of the concrete is part of the job, not an extra surprise. If the slab should be polished instead of coated, we will send you to that page.
Who it is for
Homeowners who want a garage that stops dusting. Commercial kitchens, clinics, and shops. Plant and warehouse operators who need a floor that takes traffic and cleaning.
Residential garages
A two-car slab is still a working floor. We grind, treat cracks, and broadcast flake or lay a solid colour that can take salt and hot tires. Details live on the garage epoxy page.
Commercial floors
Clinics, retail, and kitchens judge a floor by how it cleans. Quartz and flake systems, cove base, and after-hours installs are the usual conversation.
Industrial floors
High-build, chemical exposure, drains, and a shutdown window. Line marking is part of the same visit when you want it. See industrial epoxy for the plant version.
Prep and durability
Diamond grind or specified blast. Moisture tests when the slab is new or below grade. A cheap roll-on over laitance is how you buy the job twice. Durability is the system plus the prep, not the brochure photo.
